Why are we rebranding?

In 2021 Engle Martin’s parent company acquired Synergy Adjusting Corporation. As our President, Stephen Beene describes the partnership, “Synergy strongly supports our core business, but more importantly, it reflects our commitment to strengthening our service to the London and the E&S Lines markets. Synergy’s focus on people and performance has enabled it to achieve an exceptional reputation for delivering outstanding service which blends in well with our view of building an enduring organization.” Moving forward, we have consolidated our TPA operations to one cohesive group focused on providing a superior level of service and uniting our teams.

Has the TPA leadership structure changed?

What is the impact on business operations?

The relationships we have developed over the last 25 years are not changing. Our clients will continue working with the same dedicated contacts they have worked with under Synergy or EMCAS. The adjusting teams handling claims are remaining in place, as is the support staff.

Our phone numbers remain the same. E-mails sent to our old addresses will still reach us, but our e-mail addresses are now officially @synergyadj.com.

Your system credentials will remain active and unchanged. We will ultimately work to migrate claims from EMCAS’ claims system to Synergy’s but we will notify you directly of any changes to your accounts.

All contracts and agreements remain valid, though we may be consolidating or changing our name in the contracts upon renewal. Banking information and payment details also remain unchanged. As we migrate systems, this may change, but we will notify you in advance regarding your loss funds.
