Engle Martin is excited to announce the newest winners of our EMpact Award, Dawn, Technical Product Manager of Innovation, and Dean, Vice President – West Region Field Operations. One of our core values is the commitment to recognize and celebrate the value of everyone’s contribution. This peer-nominated award acknowledges individual performance, leadership qualities, and positive influence to our organization.
The award includes:

- A donation from Engle Martin to a charity of the winner’s choosing
During the nomination process, Dawn’s peers had many great things to say about why she is deserving of this honor. Christina Bourne, Director of Technology – Product and Program Management, shared, “Dawn consistently goes above and beyond to support our teams and drive positive change across the organization. She embraced the opportunity to help consolidate the accounts payable process, working across departments and companies to foster collaboration and ensure a successful transition. She stepped outside of her normal responsibilities without hesitation and is always willing to step up and help others succeed.”

Dean’s peers also highlighted his exceptional leadership, dedication, and willingness to support those around him. Chris Harper, Claim Manager at Engle Martin, shared that “Dean is an exceptional manager, leader, and someone who truly embodies the spirit of Engle Martin. Dean has spent nearly 18 years with Engle Martin, consistently supporting his teammates, mentoring others, and stepping up whenever help is needed.”
