Our CARE Teams (Community, Association, Response, & Engagement) sponsor community outreach initiatives throughout the country. People Development

We help develop our team members, personally and professionally, through Engle Martin University (EMU), industry association involvement, and support for professional designations and certifications. We also offer programs and resources that support internal mobility, provide education reimbursements, clearly defined career paths, peer-to-peer mentoring and coaching programs, and an EM college program.

Engagement

We recognize and celebrate the value of our team member’s contributions in an environment that promotes team member engagement through recognition programs. It all begins with our culture and Our Foundation, the document that describes who we are. Engagement also includes our peer-nominated EMpact Awards, our EMpressive Award, a peer-to-peer recognition program that recognizes hard work and dedication. We have resource groups that encourage engagement and provide each person an opportunity to make a difference and have their voices heard: Future Leadership Exchange (FLEX), Women’s Empowerment Network (WEN), Black Resources Inspiring Diversity Growth & Excellence (BRIDGE), Community, Association, Response, & Engagement (CARE) Team.

Health and Wellness

We put the health and wellness of our team members at the forefront. We offer education through health and wellness-focused interactive learning sessions. We encourage our team members to participate in healthy competition with virtual challenges, workout classes, and wellness events.

Environmental

We do our part to encourage sustainability and decrease environmental impact. We remain focused on continuous improvement for our sustainable practices, mindful of ways to reduce our footprint and utilize technology to support these practices.

Market

We seek to continuously improve our processes and procedures. By staying current on standards within the industry, we ensure that our services meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
